Work Environment

The Professional Business Manager™ program's work environment is designed to be efficient and intuitive for the user.

The Toolbar, Data Bar, and Status Bar can be hidden or displayed using the View menu.

The Workspace pane can be closed by clicking on the X at the right of the Title Bar when it is pinned and can be restored using the View menu and selecting Company List. When the Company List is unpinned, the tab appears on the side of the program and the list will ‘hide’ during data entry. Move the mouse over the tab to slide the list into view.

Additional Groups may be set up in the Workspace to show only selected clients. A group may be set up for each bookkeeper and/or supervisor with only clients applicable to that employee appearing in the list. Client Groups are available to all employees by default.
